AUSTRALIA, Lithgow 1907 Pattern sword bayonet, stampings on ricasso difficult to read but on one side looks to be, 'MA/1907/7/?/45', and on opposite side is, 'X (proof mark)/OA' with upright broad arrow above, steel blade with fuller on each side, wooden handle with metal pommel, no scabbard. Oxidation and dark toning on blade, otherwise very good.

Manufactured by Australian Small Arms Factory. OA indicates made at Orange, NSW.
Note: Licence to own required in State of Victoria, Australia.
