EDWARD I, (1272-1307), silver penny, long cross type, new class IIIe, Durham Mint, (1.23 g), obv. crowned facing bust, long narrow face with `flat' crown, no sceptre, within pelleted inner circle, legend around begins, no episcopal mark, N pellet barred, rev. long cross voided dividing legend, trefoil of pellets in each angle within pelleted inner circle, (S.1422, N.1020). Toned, nearly fine and scarce.
