Conditions for Viewing and Purchase of Antique Arms

In accordance with the NSW Firearms Act 1996 No 46, those wishing to view firearms must present a valid Australian Drivers Licence as proof of identity.
Some lots require a category D or H Firearms Licence. If you wish to view or purchase these items you will be required to produce the relevant licence to staff.
The licensing requirements for each lot are located in the footnotes of the item’s description.
Antique firearms are only available for collection. We are unable to ship arms (firearms or edged weapons).
If purchasing arms you are responsible for collection or arranging a courier to collect on your behalf.
