KINGS OF MERCIA, Offa, (757-796), London silver portrait penny, light coinage, 779-792, ETHELVALD (S.905; N.310; Blunt 57; Chick 10m), (1.14 grams). Clipped bottom edge, slightly porous as usual, good fine and very rare.
