SICILY, Syracuse, Hieron II, (275-216 B.C.), AE 22, (8.39 g), obv. Poseidon head to left wearing tainia, rev. ornamented trident-head, between two dolphins, dividing IEP **WNOS below, N in lower left field, (cf.S.1223, SNG Cop. 854). Dark green patina, good very fine - nearly extremely fine and scarce.
