IMPERIAL GERMANY, Brunswick Infantry Regiment 92 Officers model 1891 pickelhaube, original black leather body retaining original shape, possibly refinished in a gloss some time ago and now with appealing age crazing, an impressive and striking original officers helmet plate with a nicely toned deaths head centre wappen, original officers chin scales and original state and national cockades, officers spike and spike base, original front peak mount and rear spine, original officers leather liner and cream silk lining. Lining with some damage and frayed, very fine - extremely fine.
