IMPERIAL GERMANY, Saxon Infantry Reserve Officers model 1891 pickelhaube, a fine example with all original black leather body retaining its original shape and all brass officer fittings, body with age cracking to the patent leather and two small holes to the top of the body, original reserve officers helmet plate and brass officers spike, original brass chin scales and officers cockades, replaced suede leather liner, original brown silk lining refitted. Considerable wear and damage to silk lining, very fine.
