WWI-WWII MEMORABILIA, includes quantity of War Chest funds 1917 cinderallas for shilling drive, liberty loans, war loans, war bonds together with pamphlets c.1918 War Chest Day, Soldiers day, Homes Day, Empire Day, War Savings Army of Australia; together with Active Service covers (4) and cards (2) for WWI, Church service Nov. 1918 for cessation of Hostilities; WWII and post war Motor Spirit Ration tickets to 10 gallons (7), plus a block of 8 each 2 gallons to 1949, letter on infringement use of car 4 May 1942, various quantities of ration tickets for meat, butter, sugar, tea and clothing with ration cards; WWII active servicepostal stamps, Identity card applications and cards; Sydney tramway and railway tickets c. 1930s-1940s, assorted sets of war cigarette cards by Wills etc illustrating 19th century warfare and WWI (150). All in a plastic display book, a few fine but mostly very fine - extremely fine. (100s)
