CONSTANTINE V, (741 - 775 A.D.) with Leo IV (from 751), gold solidus, Constantinople mint, issued 751-757, (4.42 g), obv. facing busts of Constantine V and son Leo IV, each crowned bust facing wearing chlamys, cross above, around CONSTANTINOIS S LEON O NEOS, rev. facing bust of Leo III with short beard holding cross potent, around G LE ON P.A. MUL, (S.1551, DOC 2, BN 6-10, BMC 7-10). Good very fine scarce.
