AUSTRALIAN MILITARY ADMINISTRATION OF GERMAN NEW GUINEA, Rabaul Treasury note, five marks, 14th October 1914, N0. 00793, hand signed by Walter Fry, Treasurer and entered by Ben Price, not crossed (P.1a; not in Mira). Quarter folds with piece missing from top margin, otherwise nearly very fine and extremely rare.

This note is one of three five mark notes not cancelled and in private hands.
