82 Domestic 2nd Class F.W.Parrott; Emb.06Aug1900 and joined Royal Navy contingent in Hong Kong 11Sep1900; RTA and Disemb.06Jan1901 at Adelaide, Sth Aust; presented with medal at Port Adelaide Town Hall by the Lieutenant Governor Sir Samuel Way 30May1903.

Not listed by the Australian War Memorial, probably because he was engaged as a civilian in the capacity of a Domestic.
