HINDUSHAHI KINGS OF KABUL AND GANDHARA, issues of silver units of Samanta Deva, (870-1008), (5), obv. mounted horseman rev. humped bull seated left, (M.117-120 [Non-Islamic States and Western Colonies]; others as degraded types billon delhivals (4) of the Sultans of Delhi, Mu'izz al din Mohammed bin Sam (AH 589-602, AD 1193-1206) or later successors, (GG D7-10ff, cf.M.477-487, 514-516, 527-528, 577-581); Mohammed bin Tughluq, (AH 725-752. AD 1325-1351), silver 32 rati in the name of al-Hakim II, (GG D450), scarce (illustrated); Sultans of Malwa, Hisam al-din Hushang Shah, (AH 808-838, AD 1405-1435), AE falus (6), obv. ruler's name, rev. 'dar al-mulk shahiabad'. Mostly fine - very fine, several scarce. (16)
