COLONIAL AUXILIARY FORCES LONG SERVICE MEDAL, (EVIIR). Pte. A.Mason Natl. Guard. Impressed. Good very fine.

Together with N.S.W. Corrective Services Bicentennial Celebration medals, 1988, in bronze (35mm) (C.B93) (2).

Announced in Evening News Thursday 7 August 1902, p6, that the above medal was awarded to Private Alexander Mason, National Guard.

With research on the National Guard which was formed in 1897 consisting of old volunteers and men who had seen previous service.
