THE BANK OF AUSTRALASIA, fifty pounds uniface black and white printer's proof on paper, Adelaide, undated (1863), imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, SPECIMEN stamped in Manager signature reserve, 'Sept 4th 1863' in pencil bottom margin (MVR 2a). Good extremely fine and scarce.
