PAEONIA, Kingdom of, Patraos, (c.340-315 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (12.67 g), obv. laureate head of Apollo to right, rev. horseman to right spearing fallen enemy, who holds shield, around **[P] AT [RAOU]*, lacking symbol or monogram, (S.1520, Paeonian Hoard II 174, SNG ANS 1031, cf.Peykov E2140, cf.Alpha Bank, Hellenic 82). Toned, good very fine and scarce.
