HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, issued 117, Rome mint, (3.45 g), obv. laureate head to right of Hadrian, draped on far shoulder, around IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, rev. P M TR P COS DES II, Pietas, veiled, standing left, raising right hand, PIE TAS to left and right, (S.-, RIC 22, RSC 1026). Toned, nearly extremely fine.
