NEW SOUTH WALES, Conveyance, handwritten on vellum, between Ernest Augustine Lambie Sharpe of Forbes and William John Scotford of Bathurst, a parcel of land measuring two roods in the Parish of Bathurst, signed and dated 6th March 1885, with NSW ten shillings duty stamp affixed top left corner. With folds, some foxing, very fine.
