CARACALLA, (A.D. 198-217), silver denarius, issued 211, Rome mint, (2.89 g), obv. laureate head to right of Caracalla, around ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT, rev. Julia Domna as Indulgentia seated left on curule chair, holding sceptre, extending right hand, around INDVLG FECVNDAE, (S.1919, RIC 214, RSC 104). Light golden patination, extremely fine and scarce.
