AURANGZEB, (A.H. 1068-1118, A.D. 1658-1707), round gold mohur, struck at Kulgarga (also called Ahsanabad or Gulbarga) mint, Regnal year 39, issued A.H. 1104 (1692-3), obv. Aurangzeb name and date at top, rev. mint name on coin at base, Regnal year in central row, (KM.315.3, cf.Indian Museum Calcutta 1136, cf.Panjab Museum Lahore 1498, cf.Nagpur Museum 1010). Good very fine with trace of mint bloom, rare not present for this date for this mint in major published collections.
