HERACLIUS, (602-610), solidus, 4.46 grams, struck at Constantinople mint, Officina I, issued 610-613, obv. draped and cuirassed facing bust holding cross, wearing plumed helmet, rev. Cross potent on three steps, (S. 731, DOC 3d). Large round flan, nearly extremely fine and scarce.
