This standard work examines the coinage of Persia from 549 B.C., as well as Phoenicia, Persis, Parthia, Sassania, Indo-Greek, Bactrian, Kushan, Gupta and other smaller dynasties. An important guide to identification and attribution of ancient coins in this region.
