Fleming, fourth issue, specimen, overprinted Specimen in black diagonally across note both sides, Specimen De La Rue stamps in top left and lower right corners, punch hole through signature, (L.634, P.162c). Uncirculated and very rare, this being numbered Specimen No.24.
