WILLIAM II, (1087-1100), silver penny, cross voided type, Canterbury mint, issued 1092-1095, obv. crowned bust facing with stars each side, rev. voided cross pattee over a cross annulet, annulet in centre, around +FOLCIERD ON DTF (Folcaerd of Thetford) (N.853, S.1260, Br.3, BMC.iii, cf.BMC.155/225). Creased, otherwise fine/nearly fine and very rare.
