NEW ZEALAND, medallion for Canterbury Centenary 1850/1950, in bronze (51 mm). Nearly uncirculated.

In fitted red plush case with GVIR cypher. Together with a type written note "No.1/To commemorate the foundation of the Taihape Branch in May 1965, from members of the Canterbury Branch of the Royal Numismatic Society of New Zealand."
