MADRAS PRESIDENCY, European style coinages, Hindu system 1808 second issue, silver quarter pagoda (Pr.174), silver five fanams (Pr.183), silver fanam (Pr.188); Muhammadan system, 1823-25, silver 1/16 rupee Calcutta Mint, rose pm (Pr.267). Bombay Presidency Bombay Mint, 1825-31, silver rupee pm 8 (pr.276) mint bloom, with old ticket but maybe a contemporary forgery in debased silver. Attractive very fine - extremely fine. (5)
