BOMBAY PRESIDENCY, 1802-1829 Local Minting Balemark type, one pice, 1802, 1803 (3 with 3 of date like an 8), 1810 (2), 1811?, 1813/0, 1813, obv. balemark, rev. scales in equilibrium, the 1811? date with clear 1 at the end of the date is unpublished and likewise the overdate, (Pr. 161, 162 (164), 166, -, -, 167, KM. 198). Thick dumpy flans, very good - good very fine, unpublished pieces very rare. (9)
Ex Glendining's 1964 for most, others from E. Wodak Collection including the very rare pieces with tickets and Colin E. Pitchfork Collection, Noble Numismatics Sale 48 (lot 2093).
