BOMBAY PRESIDENCY, Indian Design, Bombay Mint 1825-1831, in the name of Shah Alam II (A.H. 1173-1221, A.D. 1759-1806), Regnal Year 46, all with incuse date 1825 and with privy mark of crown above two lozenges and star above three pellets, (Pridmore Privy mark No. 8), silver eighth, quarter, half and rupee, most with only part Regnal Year 46 date, but all with clear privy marks and incuse 1825, (Pr. 276-279, KM.215, 216, 217.2, 218.2). Mostly extremely fine, and generally with attractive dark tone. (4)
