PRESENTATION TROWEL, in silver with cream decorative handle, (length 300mm), engraved on face of blade 'Presented to / G.Ravenscroft Esq. / by the / General Committee / of the / Collingwood & Fitzroy / United Friendly Societies Dispensary / on the occasion of his laying / The / Memorial Stone / of / The Institution / September 12th 1884'. Surface marks on both sides of trowel, otherwise very fine.
