HENRY III, (1216-1272), sterling silver imitation penny, long cross issue, imitating class 3b, (1.13 grams), issued post 1250, copying a uncertain penny, obv. hEIRICVS REX III', rev. ARI/WIG/RIE/TVO, (cf.S.1363, BNJ 1966 (p.88) J.J. North No.33, Pl.5 [This Coin], Westfalische Auktion lot No.60 [This Coin]). Toned, very fine and rare.

Part of a group described as 'arrow-head' X and these are probably issues of Count Henry of Kuinre (Frisia).
