PHOCAS, (602-610), gold semissis, (2.19 grams), struck at Constantinople mint 602-607, obv. diademed and draped cuirassed bust to right, rev. Victory advancing to right, holding wreath, and globe supporting a cross, (S.630, DOC 15). Weakness in places, otherwise extremely fine.

Ex Ted Murphy Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 44 (lot 1273).
