NEW SOUTH WALES, fifteen pence or dump, 1813 (Mira dies A/1). Traces of centre of reverse of original coin on the reverse, lightly toned, minutely struck left of centre, good very fine and very rare in ths condition.

Ex Spink London Sale 7023, 27 Sept. 2007 (lot 194, the Carnegie Collection provenanced to late nineteenth century). The Hon. David Wynford Carnegie (1871 - 1900), explorer and gold prospector, brought this coin home to Scotland in 1899. It was recently found in a piece of furniture in Scone Palace.
