NEW SOUTH WALES GOVERNMENT AMBULANCE, sterling silver cross (42mm x 31mm) loop suspension, engraved on reverse, 'Lithgow Ambulance Class 1934', and recipient 'Cecil Cluett'; Transvaal Souvenir medal, 1899-1900, in silver (38mm), obverse, sailor and soldier guarding a Union Jack with field guns and ship behind, reverse, overlaid shields representing England and colonial forces; hat badge for 12/16th Hunter River Lancers 1948-53, lugs and tips of lances missing. The second item with several rim nicks, fine - very fine. (3)

The obverse design of the Transvaal medal is as for the Ratby tribute medal as illustrated on page 65 of Boer War Tribute Medals by M.G.Hibbard.
