NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL & Industrial Association of Queensland, in silver (72mm) by RC (Robert Capner), ring top suspension, reverse inscribed Awarded To 'Philip Russell/Victoria/1st Order of Merit/For/Ewes Fleeces/1882'. Scuff marks on reverse, otherwise extremely fine and rare.

Philip Russell (c1822-1892) was President of the Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society for 6 years.
