THE UNION BANK OF AUSTRALIA LIMITED, proof fourth issue, twenty pounds, Christchurch, on thin card, dated 1st April 187, not numbered, imprint of Perkins Bacon & Co, London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, in pencil in signature areas 'To This 23rd July 1873, black on white (cfL.530; P.S359; Robb M.26). Has been stuck on paper in two corners, otherwise extremely fine and very rare.
