CAPPADOCIA, Caesarea-Eusebia, Nero, (A.D. 54-68), silver hemidrachm (1.67 g), struck circa A.D. 63, obv. Laureate head of Nero to right, around NERO CLAVD DIVI CLAVD F CAESA[R AVG GERMANI], rev. ARME NIA[C] across flan with Nike advancing to right, with palm and wreath, (S.-, RPC 3644 [p.556], Sydenham, Caesarea 81, RIC 615). Strong portrait fully on flan, nicely toned, off centred on reverse, surface roughness, good very fine, very scarce.
