USA, 1860, 90c indigo (SG 43, Scott 39). Used with red grill cancel, reperforated at left, small tear at top (at S of Postage), noted to have perfs reduced at upper right and light soiling at lower right, very rare.

With authentication certificate by W.R. Weiss 16 Feb. 2011 as opinion No 2 3925. SG used values at �1100.
