IRELAND, Hiberno-Norse issue penny, Phase III, c1035-1060, obv. crude bust to left, blundered legend, four pellets on neck, rev. long cross type similar to that of Aethelred II, with one crude hand and S in opposite angles and a pellet in each other corner, (S.6133, cf.SCBI BM 109). Extremely fine and very rare.

Slabbed in NGC holder, graded as AU 55.
