WESTERN SAMOA, Bank of Western Samoa, provisional issue (1960-61), ten shillings, Wellington, undated, No. 359221, overprint on Territory of Western Samoa, ten shillings (cfP.7), signatures of Minister of Finance and Financial Secretary, overprinted in red 'BANK OF WESTERN SAMOA / Legal tender in Western Samoa by virtue of the Bank of Western Samoa Ordinance 1959' both sides (P.10b). Many creases and folds, a little dirty, good body to paper, fine and scarce.
