CHINA, Qing (Ch'ing) Dynasty (1644-1911) or earlier, uncertain emperor, round cash inscriptional charm with square holes to an earlier era, 32, 30, 28, 35mm, in bronze, (9.01, 8.13, 7.06 and 11.90 g), obv. Imperial inscription reading around, in seal script, rev. plain for first coin and snake/tortoise for next two and with figure standing and spear on last charm, (Zhong guo hua qian No.474, 1042, 1051, 1054). Very fine and rare, first charm illustrated. (4)
