GREAT BRITAIN, vellum Indenture granting right to farm between Robert Burgoyne of Southampton and his father Phillip Burgoyne and Joseph Newberry, large one page document dated in 3rd year of reign of Lady Ann (sic), 25 July 1704, with affixed 2 x sixpence (VI) duty stamps, signed and sealed by Rob Burgoyne. Age toning, otherwise fine.
