CHINA, Republic, general issue, silver dollar, not dated (c.1912), (26.63 g), obv. Li Yuan Hung facing with military cap, and military uniform, rev. ONE DOLLAR, (KM.Y.320, Kann 638a). Lightly toned, nearly uncirculated and very scarce.

Li Yuanj Hung was born in Huangpi, Hubei, October 19, 1864 and died at Tianjin, June 3, 1928. He was a Chinese general and politician during the Q'ing dynasty and the Republican era and was three times president of the Republic of China from 1912-1916 and 1922-1923.
