MEDALETS, 1870s-1988, a good selection, includes various issues for local governments, commemorative events, jubilees, royal visits, noted Jubilee of Weslyan Methodist Church (C.1886/2, white metal), Sydney Playgrounds Coronation Souvenir (C.1953/38, gilt), Royal Visit (C.1954/1, bronze), Royal Australian Mint Opened (C.1965/15, silver), Third Asian And Pacific Marketing Conference (C.1968/4, bronze), Papal Visit to Australia (C.1970/56, silvered), Mudgee Sesquicentenary (C.1971/5, bronze), Western Australia 150th Anniversary (C.1979/24, silver), also noted advertising check pieces for E.Way, Draper, Sydney and Coles Book Arcade, Field of Gold An Enchanting Sight. In large black album, all described in 2x2 holders and mostly with Carlisle reference numbers, good - uncirculated. (97)
