BLUE SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND DRESS RING, in 9ct gold (tot wt 5.54g), with a cushion cut sapphire (10x10mm), set into a raised, yellow gold bezel with a lower tier bezel decorated with small diamonds, the bezel rotated to 45 degrees and around the base decorated with scroll work. Good very fine.
