CHINA, scale weights marked in Chinese as multiples of the mace, some are in a shape of axed sycee of the Sung or Yuan Dynasty (ie kidney shaped), weights are in groups, and all appear to be marked in Chinese and English numbers, most are small generally flat pieces; lot also includes two curious objects, one with string attached probably for use as weights; bell shaped solid weight (122.72 g) and (2) vase shaped weights with lugs (33.91 and 24.06 g). An unusual lot with some duplication, but different styles for the smaller weights, mostly very fine. (approx 45)

Ex Patrick J. O'Rourke Collection.
