GERMANY, Peace Offers of Pope Benedict XV 1917, in bronze (58mm), by Karl Goetz, obv. satirical figures of the main World War I leaders and the inscription "A Lost Game", rev. Papal symbols, (Kinast 193). Extremely fine.
