A few heavy mohurs were issued irregularly from from A.H. 986 until A.H.1014. Lahore issued heavy mohurs in the round form from Regnal years 35 to 40. The style of this piece is somewhat similar to the round half rupee (KM. SAC 67.1) and round rupee (KM.94.3), issued in Regnal Years 47 to 50 for different months. No gold of this type round or square has been published to this cataloguer's knowledge. To be issued as a heavy mohur is also very unusual. Of exceptional importance and rarity.
