GREAT BRITAIN, large vellum Indenture, dated 13 January 1766, for sale of property between Thomas Mead, Yeoman of Tathrulior (?) in County of Bedford and his wife Elizabeth and Richard Bull, Carrier of Stewkly in County of Bucks (Buckinghamshire), with affixed duty stamp and signed and sealed with relevant endorsement on back. Heavily age toned on back, otherwise very good.
