GREAT BRITAIN, vellum Indenture, 1795, involving John Morland of Capplethwaite Hall, Parish of Kirkby Lonsdale, County of Westmoreland, William Atkinson of Chancery lane, London and Alan Chambre of Gray's Inn, County of Middlesex for Release of an Estate at Calton to make tenant to the proccipe for suffering a Common Recovery, dated in 35th year of Reign of King George III, dated 19 February 1795, signed and sealed by all parties, Royal arms drawn in top left corner, stamp duties affixed and details of registration recorded. Age toned on outside, otherwise fine.
