GREAT BRITAIN, Bond for purchase, dated 18 July 1801, from John Butler Pomfret of Tenterden, County of Kent to Chalkloy Gould of Loughton, County of Essex, with impressed revenue stamp; large vellum Indenture 1 June 1831 between Samuel Prince, Labourer of Roundham, Parish of Crewkerne, County of Somerset and Elizabeth Prince his daughter, and Edward Murly, Gentleman of Crewkerne, for Demise of a cottage and garden at Roundham for 1,000 years upon the trusts within expressed, signed and sealed by Samuel and Elizabeth Prince, revenue stamps affixed, other relevant signatures and statement. The last with a few small water stains, otherwise fine. (2)
