ANCIENT BRITISH, South Western Region, Uninscribed coins, Durotriges, Duro Boat Bird type, (c.50-40 B.C.), silver quarter stater, (1.16 g), obv. three stylised men in a boat, pellet daisy to left, rev. zigzag, Y-shapes, 'bird-like' object, (S.368, ABC 2208, Van A 1242, SW 5-6, BMC 2734-47, M 319). Bright silver, neat flan, sharply struck, good extremely fine and rare in this condition.
